    • Connected the quiz to the GoHighLevel CRM through a webhook, automatically applying tags and custom fields to every lead.
    • Set up booking with 24-hour, 6-hour, and 1-hour appointment reminders and automatic pipeline stage movement.
    • Wrote and automated a 6-email nurture sequence for quiz completers who didn't book a call.
    • Handled cancellations with a dedicated "appointment cancelled" trigger that removes the contact from the reminder sequence.
